2012 Official Rules & Regulations

This year’s program begins on August 13, 2012 and ends on September 23, 2012.   Customers must present receipts to Customer Service from any store or restaurant at LLOYD CENTER MALL.  Qualifying receipts MUST BE FROM a retailer at Lloyd Center Mall, on purchases made during the program period ONLY, and must be turned in BY SUNDAY of the week of purchase.                                

Any public or private K-12, elementary, middle, or high school in located within the Portland greater metropolitan area is eligible to participate.  Pre-Schools, colleges and other post-high school institutions are not eligible.   Random drawings will be held on the following Monday to determine the winning school, and winning individual 

Each receipt entered equals 1 entry.   Receipts may only be used one time and will be marked when presented to Lloyd Center Customer  Service.  The receipt must be the original.  Duplicate receipts, photo copies, faxes and internet orders will not be accepted. 

No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing, though.  To enter without a purchase, hand print your first/last name, street address, city, state, zip code and telephone number including area code on a 3” X 5” card and mail in a hand addressed envelope to:

Limit one entry per envelope.  Mailed entries must be postmarked by September 17, 2012 and received no later than September 21, 2012.   There is no limit to the number of times you can enter regardless of entry method.

Credit Card payments, even if made to a store at the mall, will not be accepted as entries. Store employees may not request, or copy, receipts from store customers in order to use them as entries.  Additionally, stores (or store employees) may not hold receipts to give to schools to use for entries.  Solicitation of stores by schools to hold receipts for such schools is prohibited.

Potential winners will be contacted within 5 business days of the drawing by phone, email and/or USPS mail.

Each week the individual who turned in the winning entry for a school will win a $50 Gift Card redeemable at Lloyd Center Mall.

Weekly Prizes for Schools:

Lloyd Center’s Management Office will make the final decision regarding any dispute.

Lloyd Center reserves the right to refuse suspicious or fraudulent receipts, or any receipt transactions breaking the above rules.

Lloyd Center reserves the right to modify these rules at any time without notice.
